The topic has become heavily stressed in recent years, due to the impact of the number of failures in governance and subsequent reports, and is a focus for attention government and the press. This was also a major focus for the Report of the Co-operative Commission. More>>
Lottery Bid Submitted
Over the last four years, the College has been working on plans for the future of the National Co-operative Archive and the Rochdale Pioneers Museum. A project planning grant from the Heritage Lottery Fund (HLF) enabled the recruitment of a range of consultants to look at conservation of the collections, audience development, the use of IT and the structure of the Museum building to develop the development project.
