What is NLP?
Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP) allows you to run your brain rather than allowing your brain to run you. It is widely considered beneficial for all areas of life and has a proven positive effect on business performance. Our NLP courses demonstrate how to become a more powerful communicator, use language with greater precision to achieve your goals, and becoming more effective. You will learn techniques that create the potential to change unwanted behaviours in yourself and others. What Courses are in the Programme?
The programme consists of two levels - Neuro-linguistic Programming Licensed Practitioner and Neuro-linguistic Programming Licensed Master Practitioner.
Neuro-linguistic Programming Licensed Practitioner
The Licensed Practitioner course is your essential first step in NLP techniques and practice. Techniques included in the course are:
- Behavioural integration of the basic presuppositions of NLP.
- Rapport establishment and maintenance.
- Verbal and nonverbal pacing and leading.
- Verbal and nonverbal elicitation of responses.
- Calibrating through sensory experience.
- Representational systems.
- Milton model and meta model.
- Elicitation of well-formed goals, direction and present state.
- Overlapping and translating representational systems.
- Eliciting, installing and utilising anchors in all sensory systems.
- Strategy detection, elicitation, utilisation and installation.
Neuro-linguistic Programming Licensed Master Practitioner
The Master Practitioner course is enables you to take your NLP skills to the next level. Techniques included in the course are:
- Developing additional skills which will extend your ability to communicate with and influence a wider range of personalities.
- Developing skills for facilitating more pervasive change by working with beliefs, values, Metaprogrammes, self image and life direction.
- Applying advanced NLP Master Practitioner methods in furthering your own personal and professional development.
- Extending your influencing ability by integrating Sleight of Mouth Patterns, advanced Milton Model patterns, and Systems Modeling with your NLP Practitioner training.

Debbie is an experienced and highly focused trainer with a strong and consistent record of achieving results within a wide range of co-operatives and social enterprises across the UK. She designs, delivers and evaluates a diverse range of training, and aims to satisfy a range of learning styles. She has vast experience in training learners from a wide range of ages, educational and cultural backgrounds and has worked with a variety of large and small co-operatives and social enterprises at start up, growth and succession stages.
This year our Neuro-Linguistic Programming courses will be held in Manchester.

Neuro-linguistic Programming Licensed Practitioner.
This course is scheduled to run over two 2-day sessions on:
- Workshop 1 - 1/2 Oct 08
- Workshop 2 - 14/15 Oct 08
The non-residential course fee, which includes your NLP licence, is £1,100 per learner.

This 4 day course will run again in 2008 from Monday 3 to Thursday 6 November.
