Train the Trainer - November 2008

The Train the Trainer course is ideal for those who are embarking on a career in training and development or who need to develop effective occasional trainer skills.

Aims:

• To provide participants with fundamental trainer competences required for their posts.

Learning Objectives:

By the end of the workshop participants will be able to:

• Provide structures for planning training sessions in both informal and formal settings.
• Enhance awareness of personal style and how this might affect approach to preparing and planning training.
• Construct and deliver an effective session of learner-centred training, which will be recorded and sent on post-training.
